Daniel J. Schubert, Esq.

Daniel Schubert is a fearless litigator and relentless advocate for his clients. Armed with his significant jury trial and litigation experience, Dan represents clients in a wide range of legal issues with a primary focus on criminal defense and personal injury litigation. Licensed in Ohio, Kentucky, and Federal Court, Dan works tirelessly to provide his clients with the best possible representation and individualized attention that each case deserves. 


A graduate from the University of Dayton School of Law, Dan was a member of the Dayton Law Review, Moot Court, and Moot Court Board, and graduated with honors in Advocacy and Dispute Resolution. Following law school, Dan worked as an attorney for the Kentucky Department of Public Advocacy (DPA) for 12 years, six of which he served as the Directing Attorney of the Covington Trial Office. In this capacity, Dan gained extensive trial and litigation experience representing clients across Northern Kentucky. 


In 2018, Dan was honored with the DPA Gideon Award for demonstrating extraordinary commitment to equal justice and courageously advancing the right to counsel. In 2020, Dan received the DPA Public Advocate’s Award for continuing in his commitment to fight against injustice and secure a fair and reliable process for disadvantaged people accused or convicted of a crime. In private practice, Dan continues to demonstrate his unwavering commitment to justice, fairness, and dignity in the representation of all of his clients.
