Olivia B. McCollum, Esq.

Family Law, Criminal Defense, & Personal Injury Attorney

Olivia is an aggressive, confident, and compassionate trial attorney and litigator focusing her practice in the areas of Family Law, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury. She brings extensive courtroom experience, knowledge, and skills to our firm. Olivia began her legal career in Northern Kentucky prior to law school as an assistant for 2 years for a local criminal defense/family law office. While in law school, she interned with a Michigan public defender's office. After graduating law school and passing the bar exam, she gained invaluable experience as a staff attorney for a former Kenton County Kentucky Family Court judge. She then spent the next four years as a prosecutor with the Campbell County Attorney’s Office. While handling heavy caseloads of misdemeanors, guardianships, and dependency, neglect, and abuse cases, she successfully litigated and tried numerous cases before the judges and juries. With her diverse background, legal experience, and dedication to helping others, she now devotes her tremendous knowledge and skills to better serve her clients with Mabjish Law while striving to be the best family, criminal defense, and injury lawyer in Northern Kentucky.
